Family functioning improvement (FAM-III or equivalent) — De-Addiction & Substance Use M&E Indicator

Percentage of client families showing improvement on a validated family-functioning scale — for example FAM-III (Family Assessment Measure, version 3 — a 50-item self-report developed at the University of Toronto) or the McMaster FAD (Family Assessment Device). Used at baseline and endline. Recognises addiction as a family-system condition, not just an individual one
