HIV testing positivity yield — HIV / AIDS M&E Indicator

Percentage of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) tests conducted that returned a positive result. A quality-of-targeting indicator — yields below 1% suggest the project is testing the wrong people; healthy Key Population programmes typically show 2–8%. Aligns with the UNAIDS first-95 target (95% of PLHIV know their status; PLHIV = People Living with HIV)
