Mental illness stigma reduction (CAMI score change) — Mental Health & Psychosocial Support M&E Indicator
Percentage of community members showing reduced stigmatising attitudes on the CAMI (Community Attitudes towards Mental Illness — a 40-item scale measuring authoritarianism, benevolence, social restrictiveness, and community mental health ideology) from baseline to endline. Lower stigma scores predict higher help-seeking and DMHP utilisation. Validated in Hindi, Tamil and Kannada by NIMHANS
