Percentage of clients initiated on OST (Opioid Substitution Therapy — daily buprenorphine or methadone) who are still actively receiving OST 6 months after initiation. Retention is the strongest single predictor of recovery; WHO (World Health Organization) recommended retention threshold is 70% or higher
