Postnatal depression screening completed (EPDS) — Mental Health & Psychosocial Support M&E Indicator
Percentage of women in the project area screened for postnatal depression at 6 weeks post-delivery using the EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale — a free, 10-item screener). EPDS score ≥13 indicates probable depression. WHO recommends integration into routine maternal & child health visits; complements POSHAN Abhiyaan and Janani Suraksha Yojana service touchpoints
