Percentage of clients screening below the caseness cut-off on the SRQ-20 (Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20 — a free WHO instrument designed specifically for primary-care and low-literacy settings) at endline versus baseline. India-specific cut-off: ≥7 indicates probable common mental disorder. This is the screening tool used by the NMHS 2015-16 (National Mental Health Survey) at the household level across 12 Indian states
