Stigma & Discrimination Index score (PLHIV-SI 2.0) — HIV / AIDS M&E Indicator

Composite score from the PLHIV-SI 2.0 (People Living with HIV Stigma Index, version 2.0) — a community-led survey instrument measuring how often PLHIV (People Living with HIV) experience stigma and discrimination across health, employment, family and community settings. Lower score = less stigma. Aligns with the UNAIDS 10-10-10 social enabler targets (less than 10% of countries have stigmatising laws, less than 10% of PLHIV experience stigma, less than 10% experience gender inequality)
