Viral load suppression among PLHIV on ART — HIV / AIDS M&E Indicator

Percentage of PLHIV (People Living with HIV) on ART (Antiretroviral Therapy) with documented viral load below 1000 copies/mL at last test in the reporting period. Viral load = the amount of HIV in the blood; suppression means the person cannot transmit HIV sexually (the 'Undetectable = Untransmittable' principle). This is the third '95' of the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets; UNAIDS GAM (Global AIDS Monitoring) indicator 4.2
